AutoTrend Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Introduction


Welcome to AutoTrend. By accessing or using our services—including our CRM platform, business automation tools, marketing systems, and related software—you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a binding agreement between you and AutoTrend (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your use of all services provided by AutoTrend. Please review them carefully before proceeding.




2. Service Commitment


Once a client initiates service—defined as beginning onboarding, providing business assets, or agreeing to system setup—they agree to a minimum commitment of 30 to 60 days. This period is essential to allow proper system implementation, testing, and optimization.


Early cancellation during this initial period is discouraged and may result in loss of access, data, or any progress made during setup. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis and must be approved in writing by AutoTrend.



3. Billing and Payments


AutoTrend services operate on a subscription model. All setup and monthly fees are due as outlined in the client’s service agreement or invoice.


Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy below.


Late payments may result in service suspension, restricted access, or account termination. Reactivation may incur additional fees.


Late Fee Policy: Due dates for invoices are established during or after the sale and can be modified by mutual agreement. All invoices must be paid by the agreed due date. If an invoice is not paid by the due date, the client will first receive a warning for that month when payment is received. However, after the first warning, a late fee of $5 per day will be applied to any subsequent overdue invoices until the balance is paid in full. The daily late fee continues to accrue until payment is made. This policy is designed to encourage timely payments and ensure the continuity of services.




4. Refund Policy


AutoTrend does not offer refunds. Our onboarding, setup, and technical labor are front-loaded and begin as soon as service starts. All sales are final once onboarding begins.



5. Meeting Attendance & Cancellation Policy

To ensure the highest level of service delivery, all scheduled meetings between AutoTrend and the client are considered professional business engagements. These meetings are essential for maintaining project momentum, clear communication, and achieving maximum service quality.


Cancellation Policy: If a scheduled meeting is missed or canceled without rescheduling at least a 24 hours' in advance notice, a $10 cancellation fee may be added to your current month's invoice. This policy applies to all meetings and is enforced without exception, as no-shows can significantly disrupt timelines and planning.

Communication Requirement:
If repeated calls, messages, or outbound communications from AutoTrend are continuously ignored, your account may be unexpectedly paused until further notice. This is to protect service integrity and prevent misalignment due to unresponsiveness.

By continuing to use AutoTrend's services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy as part of our working relationship.



5. Client Responsibilities


Clients are expected to provide all necessary branding materials, business information, logins, and approvals in a timely manner. Failure to communicate or deliver required assets may result in delays or reduced performance of the services provided.


AutoTrend is not liable for performance issues caused by delays, incomplete information, or lack of participation from the client.




6. Cancellation Policy


After the initial 30–60 day commitment period, services may be canceled with a minimum of 7 days’ written notice

prior to the next billing cycle. All cancellations must be submitted via email to: [email protected]

Verbal cancellations or failure to respond to service communications do not constitute valid cancellation.




7. Limitation of Liability


AutoTrend is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including loss of revenue, client data, or third-party disruptions. All services are provided “as-is” and without warranties, expressed or implied, except as explicitly stated in a signed agreement.




8. Revisions to These Terms


We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of changes via email or their client dashboard. Continued use of our services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
